Cane Sugar Project Introduction
The qualified sugarcane is placed in the press after being crushed and its iron removed, allowing the sugarcane's juice to be pushed out as the sugar inside is being extracted. The blended juice was heated for sterilization and defoaming after pressing, and then bagasse bran was screened and filtered by a roller. The heating, neutralization, and precipitation sections are when the blended juice is added. Filters are used to remove pollutants and suspended solids. Get the clear syrup after it has been sulfur drift and evaporator condensed. The molasses is divided by centrifugal force. The continuous ion exchange system receives the syrup crystal after washing, dissolving, and filtering it. This system treats the crystal by desalting, decalcifying, decolorizing, and deodorizing it. The final product is then obtained as qualified cane sugar following crystallization, centrifugal separation, and drying.
