According to the process requirements, the DS, PH value and enzyme amount of rice milk are adjusted by online detection and control, and then the rice milk was entered into the automatic liquefaction system. Adopt two time ejection, twice flashing, maintain the appropriate temperature and a certain time, to ensure the best liquefaction effect. After liquefaction, the rice syrup is filtered to remove the small amounts of protein and other impurities. After PH adjustment and enzyme addition, the syrup is sent to the saccharification system. By controlling the amount of enzyme and saccharification time, the DE value required by the final product is achieved. Liquid rice glucose goes through decolorization, filtration and continuous ion exchange system to remove the colored impurities and impurity ions, so that the rice glucose achieves the purpose of refining and purification. After concentration by evaporator, the qualified rice glucose was obtained.
