After passing through the batching and elimination systems, the qualifying glucose enters the fermentation systems to keep the fermentation process going for a predetermined amount of time, and after that it passes through the filtration removal systems to remove the coarse protein. After being concentrated, the fermentation broth is added to calcium lactate's acidolysis system. CaSO4 is filtered, and then it passes through a continuous separation system to be desalted, deodorized, and colored. After refinement, the material goes through a membrane filtration system before being concentrated and purified to produce the desired L-lactic acid output.
