Wheat Starch Project Introduction
Dough mixing: In a dough mixer, combine the appropriate amount of water and wheat flour to produce the dough. After some time in the dough tank, the dough is sent to the rotary drum filter.
Dough washing: Use the rotary drum filter and enough water to rinse the dough to eliminate the starch.
Separation of gluten & B starch, A starch & fiber, and pentosan: A tri-canter separates the flour into three phases. Following the separation of most of the A-starch and fiber, a tiny amount of mixed gluten is recovered using a rotating drum filter. A flash sieve further separates the B-starch and gluten after being separated. After being filtered via a rotating drum and mixed with fiber, the light pentosan is dried and used as animal feed.
Gluten screening: This flat sieve will separate B starch and gluten because they are inserted first. After that, a rotating drum filter separates the trace amount of starch and the gluten.
Dewatering and drying of gluten: Following washing, the gluten is dried to remove any remaining moisture before being certified gluten.
Separation of fiber and A-starch: After processing the fiber and A-starch, the rotary screen is employed to recover the combined trace levels of gluten. A centrifugal sieve is then used to separate the fiber and starch.
A starch refinery: The combined B starch and the separated A starch are separated using an improved technique. Then, the refined A starch is obtained.
Starch dehydration and drying: Before being dried in the A starch dryer to create high-quality A starch, the refined A starch is centrifuged and dehydrated to obtain the right water content.
B starch: The B starch, fiber, and pentosan can either be supplied right away to the workshop that produces alcohol after being combined, or they can be dehydrated using a de-canter before being delivered to the factory that produces drying products. After drying, it is used to make feed.
